A new decree, on the verge of publishing itself, stimulates until with 49 cents of euro the kilowatt put in the electric system. The transalpino country finishes announcing a strong revulsivo for its sector of renewable energy, in special of the photovoltaic one. With the motto of “more effective Incentive”, the Italian Government will shortly approve a new decree that regulates the photovoltaic solar energy that it looks for to give to security and stability to the sector and significantly to elevate the installed power.
The new decree, assures the Government, simplifies the administrative procedure remarkably, elevates the objective of installed power spectacularly and establishes equiparables premiums to the effective ones in countries like Germany and Spain, examples for many of an effective policy of incentives.
The administrative procedure stands out to the installation of the systems according to the practical standardses established in the decree and the communication the manager of the electrical service, that is in charge of the incentives.
For year 2016, Italy pays attention a goal of three installed gigawatios, of which, 1,200 megawatts will be stimulated according to the premiums established in the decree and, the rest, on the base of a procedure nondefined still. The present installed photovoltaic power goes up to around the 50 megawatts, according to the Italian Government.
The predicted premiums go from the 0.36 cents of euro by kilowatt/hour of the great facilities to the 0.49 cents of euro for integrated systems of small power in the domestic buildings. The buildings public like the schools, will enjoy an extra incentive of 5%.
